Tomato Surprise Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans stewed tomatoes
    2 pkg. jello (strawberry or lemon or 1 each)
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Pour tomatoes in saucepan; bring to a boil.
    Add jello and salt; stir until dissolved.
    Add lemon juice; stir and pour into Pam sprayed mold.
    Makes 4 cups.
    Use as a salad or relish.
    Serve with mayonnaise on a bed of greens.
