Russian Pie(From Mom Campanelli'S Friend, Linda) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks butter
    1 c. sugar
    6 egg yolks
    1 tsp. lemon extract
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 (12 oz.) jar apricot preserves
Preparation
    Cream together
    butter,
    sugar,
    egg
    yolks
    and
    lemon extract.
    Add flour and mix together and spread in 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Spread apricot preserves on top of dough.
