Ingredients
    2 lb. beef
    1 c. soft bread crumbs in catsup
    1 onion, chopped
    1 egg, beaten
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 can tomato sauce
Preparation
    Mix well and shape into loaf.
    Bake for 1 hour at 300\u00b0.
