Racquet Club Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 chickens
4 stalks celery
1/2 jar sweet pickles
4 eggs
1 pkg. Italian dressing (dry mix)
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
Preparation

Cook chicken until tender, cool and cut into chunks.
In food processor chop celery and pickles, adding eggs last for chopping. Mix all ingredients together with mayonnaise and Italian dressing. Salt and pepper to taste.
May add 1 tablespoon sugar.
