Rigatoni Al Prosciutto - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. rigatoni
    2 c. half and half
    6 oz. ham, chopped
    1 stick butter
    1/2 c. Parmigiano cheese
    2 c. milk
    1/2 stick butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Cook rigatoni in boiling water; drain.
    Mix together half and half, ham, butter and Parmigiano.
    Put in a Pyrex casserole dish (13 x 9 x 2-inch).
    Scald milk.
    Melt butter in another pot.
    Add flour, salt, pepper and nutmeg.
    Mix well.
    Add scalded milk. Stir continuously over low heat until it boils.
    Stir continuously for 5 minutes.
    Pour over rigatoni.
    Dot with butter and Parmigiano.
    Place in the 325\u00b0 oven for 25 minutes.
    Serve hot.
