Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1/3 ??? Crisco
    pinch of salt
    1 c. water (cold)
    1 Tbsp. cooking sherry wine
Preparation
    Beat flour, Crisco and salt.
    Add water and wine, mixing well. Flour rolling surface.
    Form dough into ball and roll out to an 1/8-inch thickness.
    Take pie pan and hold over dough to get correct measurement.
    (The key to pie crust is rolling dough one time only.)
    May need to use spatula to loosen crust from surface.
