Pork Chop And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 pork chops
    1 1/2 c. dry rice
    2 cans beef bouillon soup
    1 medium onion, chopped (optional)
Preparation
    Fry pork chops without grease until brown.
    Mix other ingredients.
    Place pork chops on top in a covered casserole. Bake at 350\u00b0 for one hour.
