Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
3 eggs
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. chopped nuts
3 c. fresh chopped apples
3 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix at high speed the sugar and oil. Add eggs, one at a time. Beat for 1 minute after each egg. Add sifted ingredients and mix with a large spoon.
Add cut up apples, nuts and vanilla.
Bake in a greased and floured tube pan 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
Have all ingredients at room temperature.
