Quick Tomato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 Tbsp. butter
    4 Tbsp. flour
    2 1/2 c. chicken stock
    2 1/2 c. tomato juice
    1 can peeled tomatoes
    1/2 c. rice
    grated cheese
Preparation
    Mix flour and butter in saucepan.
    Add chicken stock, stirring constantly.
    Add tomato juice and canned tomatoes.
    Bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
    Cook rice in another saucepan.
    Drain and add to soup.
    Garnish with grated cheese.
