Whole Wheat Pizza Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. active dry yeast
    1 3/4 c. warm water (105~ to 115~)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. olive oil
    2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    2 c. whole wheat flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water in warm mixing bowl. Add salt, olive oil and all-purpose flour.
    Mix 2 minutes.
    Continue to mix and add whole wheat flour, 1/2 cup at a time, until dough clings to the mixer.
    Knead dough for a few minutes.
    Place in greased bowl, turning to grease top.
    Cover and let rise in warm place, free from draft, until doubled in bulk, about 1 hour.
    Punch dough down.
    Let rest 10 minutes. Divide dough in half.
    (Dough can be wrapped in plastic wrap and refrigerated overnight or frozen for later use.)
