Pumpkin Roll - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) can solid packed pumpkin (use 1/2 can for 1 pie)
3 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. plain flour
Preparation

Beat eggs and sugar well.
Add pumpkin.
Stir in ingredients. Spray 9 x 13-inch cookie sheet with Baker's Joy.
Spread on cookie sheet and sprinkle with 1 cup chopped pecans.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
Sprinkle large cloth with powdered sugar.
Turn cake out on cloth and roll up to cool.
May put in freezer for 30 minutes.
