One Egg Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg
1/3 c. sugar
1/4 c. Crisco shortening
1 1/2 c. lukewarm water
1/2 pkg. yeast
1/2 tsp. salt
4 or 5 c. plain flour
Preparation

Cream the sugar and Crisco. Add 1 cup water with yeast; dissolve.
Mix salt, flour, egg and other 1/2 cup water.
Stir all together to make a stiff dough, then knead about 30 times or more. Shape in muffin pan and refrigerate for about 3 to 4 hours. Remove from refrigerator 1 hour before baking and let rise in warm place. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
