Aunt Earlie'S Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 c. cooked, mashed sweet potatoes
1 1/2 c. butter
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 1/2 c. heavy cream
3 large eggs
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. cloves

Preparation

Beat eggs. Add salt and spices.
Mix thoroughly. Add cream and stir.
Add the mashed potatoes and mix well. Turn into pie shell and bake in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until firm.
