Autumn Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    3 c. water
    1 c. diced celery
    1 (28 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. diced carrots
    1 c. diced potatoes
    1 tsp. brown bouquet sauce
    black pepper to taste
    1 bay leaf
    1/2 tsp. basil leaves
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Brown meat and onion; drain if needed.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Heat to boiling; reduce heat and cover and simmer about 30 minutes until vegetables are tender.
    Add fine egg noodles.
    Add 1/4 teaspoon oregano and thyme.
