Baked Fudge Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    3/4 c. granulated sugar
    2 Tbsp. cocoa
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped nuts (optional)
    1 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
    1/4 c. cocoa
    1 3/4 c. very hot water
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix the flour, granulated sugar, 2 tablespoons of cocoa, baking powder and salt in ungreased baking pan (9 x 9-inch).
    Mix milk, oil and vanilla with fork until smooth.
    Stir in nuts.
    Spread mixture evenly in pan.
    Sprinkle with brown sugar and 1/4 cup of cocoa.
    Pour hot water over batter.
    Bake 40 minutes.
    Let stand 15 minutes.
    Top is crusty and pudding on bottom is thickened.
