Crawfish Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    1 c. chopped onions
    1 c. green peppers
    1 c. chopped celery
    2 cloves garlic
    1/3 c. chopped parsley
    1 c. chopped green onions
    1 small jar pimentos and juice
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can Cheddar cheese soup
    3 c. crawfish, shrimp or crab
    2 c. cooked rice
    1/4 c. and 1 Tbsp. Italian bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. hot sauce
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cook onions,
    peppers,\tgarlic and celery until tender; simmer in\tbutter.
    Add soups, parsley, green onions, crawfish and pimento, chopped; heat thoroughly.\tStir in rice and bread crumbs. Turn
    into
    3 quart casserole.
    Sprinkle bread crumbs and bake at 350\u00b0
    for\t30
    minutes
    or until bread crumbs are brown.
