Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 fryer, boiled and deboned
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 stick butter, melted
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 stack of Ritz crackers, crumbled
Preparation

Place chicken in buttered casserole dish.
Mix soup and sour cream.
Spread over chicken.
Mix cracker crumbs with butter and sprinkle over chicken.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
