Mock Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. dark corn syrup
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. melted oleo
2/3 c. quick cooking oats
8 or 9-inch unbaked pie shell
Preparation

Beat eggs well.
Add sugar, syrup, salt, vanilla and oleo. Mix well, stir in oats.
Pour into pie shell and bake for 40 to 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
