Pineapple Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
    1 (8 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1/4 c. finely chopped green peppers
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    1 tsp. salt
    parsley and cayenne pepper (as you like)
Preparation
    In a small bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
    Gradually stir in pineapple and 1/2 cup nuts, green pepper, onions and salt. Shape into a ball.
    Roll in remaining nuts.
    Wrap in foil and refrigerate overnight or until well chilled.
    Serve with crackers.
