Glazed Meat Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. unsalted butter
1 large onion
2 small carrots
1 large celery stalk
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp. dried thyme
2 Tbsp. dark brown sugar
1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
1/2 c. bottled chile sauce
2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
2 large eggs
1/2 c. dried bread crumbs
3/4 tsp. black pepper
3/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 lb. lean ground pork
Preparation

Dice onion, celery and garlic; peel and dice carrots and 1 teaspoon dried thyme, crumbled.
Cook veggies until tender.
Mix next four ingredients and save 1/2 for top.
Mix other ingredients and add veggies and 1/2 sugar mixture.
Top with remaining sugar mixture.
Bake in two small loaf pans and bake at 350\u00b0 about 1 hour or until done.
