Peanut Brittle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. water
1 c. white corn syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 tsp. butter
2 tsp. soda
2 c. raw peanuts
Preparation
-
Boil sugar, syrup and water to 230\u00b0.
Add peanuts and boil to 310\u00b0 or hard crack.
Remove from heat.
Mix in vanilla, butter and soda.
Pour into buttered cookie sheet.
Cool and break into pieces.
