Apple Dapple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. flour, sifted
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
3 c. peeled, diced apples
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. raisins
1 tsp. soda
1 c. powdered sugar
1 Tbsp. hot lemon juice
1 tsp. butter

Preparation

Glaze as soon as it is removed from oven.
Remove from pan to cool after letting set 10 minutes.
