Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. milk
    1 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    6 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. coconut
Preparation
    In a blender; combine first seven ingredients. Cover and blend for 10 seconds; scrape sides. Blend another 10 seconds. Add coconut; blend for 2 seconds Pour into greased 10 inch pie plate. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 - 55 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Serve warm.
