Avocado Appetizers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 ripe avocados
    6 to 8 oz. baby shrimp, rinsed and drained
    1/3 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes or vegetable flakes
    3 oz. Cheddar cheese, thinly sliced
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix shrimp, mayonnaise, parsley and salt.
    Cut avocados in half and remove stones.
    Spoon shrimp mixture onto avocado.
    Top with cheese.
    Place under broiler.
    Cook just until cheese melts, about 1 to 2 minutes.
    Serves 6.
