Burger And Eggplant Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggplant
    2 tsp. chicken style seasoning
    1 1/2 c. water
    2 onions, diced
    2 green onions, chopped
    4 cloves minced garlic
    3 stalks celery, diced
    2 eggs
    2 c. bread crumbs
    1 (19 oz.) can Vegeburger
    1/2 c. milk
    salt to taste
    2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Boil eggplant until skin is tender; peel and slice.
    Set one sliced eggplant aside.
    Place other slices of eggplant in a saucepan; add 1 1/2 cups water and chicken style seasoning.
    Let boil until tender or very soft.
    Mash eggplant and set aside.
