Mother'S Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. stew meat, cut into pieces
4 stalks celery, cut
4 large potatoes, cut
2 large onions, cut
6 carrots, cut
3 Tbsp. instant tapioca
1 Tbsp. salt
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
1 c. Burgundy red cooking wine
Preparation

Brown meat and add remaining ingredients into greased large casserole dish or Dutch oven.
Bake, covered, at 250\u00b0 for 5 hours.
