Grilled Salmon Steaks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chicken broth
    1/3 c. vegetable oil
    2 Tbsp. onion, minced
    2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
    1 bay leaf
    salt and pepper
    4 (8 oz. each) salmon steaks (1-inch thick)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except fish.
    Pour into a covered dish.
    Add fish.
    Marinate 1 to 2 hours, turning twice.
    Place on grill and bake 4 to 6-inches from coals, 10 to 12 minutes, turning once.
    Brush frequently with marinade.
