Ingredients

6 tomatoes, peeled and quartered
1 green pepper, cut in strips
1 onions, sliced and separated into rings
3/4 c. cider vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. celery seed
1 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. sugar
Preparation

Combine the last 5 ingredients and boil 1 minute.
Pour hot over vegetables.
When cool, add one peeled and sliced cucumber.
