Snowball Surprise Party Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 - 8 oz. package cream cheese, softened
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 Tbsp. pimiento, chopped
1 Tbsp. bell pepper, chopped
dash of salt
dash of pepper
2 Tbsp. bacon bits, crushed
1 1/2 cups French fried onions, crushed

Preparation

Combine cheeses until well blended. Add pimiento, green pepper, salt and pepper. Mix well. Gently blend in bacon bits and 1 cup of French fried onions. Shape into ball, roll in remaining onions to coat. Chill until ready to use. Serve with assorted crackers.
