Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. baking powder
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    3/4 c. shortening
    2 pkg. yeast
    1/2 c. lukewarm water
    1 1/2 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Sift together first 5 ingredients.
    Cut in shortening. Dissolve yeast in water; add to first ingredients.
    Add buttermilk and work together until all the flour is moistened.
    Put in a bowl and cover.
    Place in refrigerator until ready to use.
    Either roll out and cut or place on floured surface and pat out to 1/2 inch thick.
    Let rise.
    Keep up to 2 weeks in refrigerator.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
