Pork Chops And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops
    1 large can chopped tomato
    1 large onion, diced
    1 bell pepper, diced
    1 c. instant rice
    1 c. water
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Lightly brown pork chops in skillet.
    Place browned pork chops in a single layer in dish.
    Combine the remaining ingredients and pour over the pork chops.
    Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Serve with French bread.
