Seafood Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    1/2 c. dairy sour cream
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 (6 oz.) can crab meat, drained, flaked and cartilage removed
    1 (4 1/2 oz.) can shrimp, rinsed, drained and finely chopped
    1 Tbsp. thinly sliced green onion
    1 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Combine cheese, sour cream and butter.
    Beat until fluffy. Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Spread on bread, bagels or English muffins.
    Place on rack in oven.
    Toast at medium setting.
    Store in refrigerator.
    Makes 2 1/4 cups.
