Sausage Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. hot sausage
    2 c. grated cheese (Colby Cheddar)
    1/2 lb. mild sausage
    3 c. Bisquick mix
Preparation
    Combine sausage, cheese and dry biscuit mix and mix well. Roll into balls the size of a marble.
    Bake in shallow pan at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Drain off fat after 5 minutes.
    These can be frozen after baking and reheated.
