Brown Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. chunked beef
    4 c. water
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 onion
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    dash of cloves
    carrots
    garlic
    bay leaves
    potatoes
    1 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Brown meat on all sides.
    Add water, juice, sauce, garlic, bay leaves and seasoning.
    Cover and simmer for 1 1/2 or 2 hours. Stir so it will not stick.
    Remove garlic and bay leaves.
    Add veggies; cook until well done.
    Thicken for gravy to make 8 to 10 servings.
