Gator Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 1/2 oz. canned chicken or imitation crab meat *
    8 oz. cream cheese
    2 spring onions, finely chopped
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    salt and pepper to taste
    chopped fresh parsley
    paprika
Preparation
    Chop chicken or crab into small pieces.
    You can do this in a food processor or put it through a meat grinder.
    Mix with just enough cream cheese to bind it together.
    (Bob uses all of the cream cheese.)
    Add onions, lemon juice, salt and pepper; mix well.
    (Bob also adds some garlic powder.)
    Just keep tasting it until it tastes good.
