Bok Choy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stalk bok choy
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 to 3 cloves crushed or sliced garlic
Preparation
    Wash and drain bok choy.
    Cut in bite sized pieces.
    Pour olive oil in wok or skillet and heat.
    Saute garlic until slightly brown.
    Add bok choy.
    Cover and simmer until slightly tender.
