Pumpkin Cream Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cold milk
2 pkg. jello vanilla flavor instant pudding and pie filling
1 c. canned pumpkin
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice or 1/2 tsp. cinnamon, 1/4 tsp. ginger and 1/8 tsp. cloves
1 c. Cool Whip, thawed
1 baked (9-inch) pie shell, cooled
Preparation

Combine milk, pie filling mix, pumpkin, spices and whipped topping in a deep, narrow-bottomed bowl.
Beat at lowest speed of electric mixer for 1 minute.
Pour into pie shell.
Chill until set, at least 3 hours.
Garnish with additional topping and pecans, if desired.
