Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 frying chicken or 3 chicken breasts
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 box chicken flavored stuffing mix or 1 box corn bread stuffing mix (or instead you may bake the corn bread or use toast)
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1/2 c. diced celery
    1/2 tsp. sage (if desired)
    1 can cream of chicken soup (make gravy as directed on can or use the chicken broth to make the gravy)
Preparation
    Cook chicken until tender.
    Remove the bones.
    Cut up in small pieces (bite size).
    Make sure to add enough water to the chicken so you will have at least a quart of broth left, as you will need some for the dressing and some for gravy in case you want to use it.
