Cheese Grits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. grits (no salt)
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 sticks oleo
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cut up
    3 tsp. Accent
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. Tabasco
Preparation
    Cook grits 5 minutes and mix in other ingredients.
    Put into 9 x 13-inch glass, greased baking dish and bake 1 hour at 250\u00b0.
    Can freeze in small portions.
    Very good.
