Rotel Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. turkey sausage
    2 (18 oz.) cans Ro-Tel tomatoes (hot or mild, optional)
    2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 onion, yellow, chopped
Preparation
    Brown sausage. Add onion and cut cheese into blocks.
    Add tomatoes (drained). Cook on stove until all ingredients are blended well. Either serve cool or transfer to crock-pot. Serve with tortilla chips.
