Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
dash of ground cloves
3 eggs
2/3 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 3/4 c. shredded carrots
3/4 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

In large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except walnuts. Blend on low speed of mixer until moistened.
Beat on high speed 1 minute.
Stir in nuts.
Pour into greased and floured 13 x 9-inch pan.
Bake 35 to 40 minutes.
Cool.
Frost with Cream Cheese Frosting.
