Walnut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. flour
4 oz. sugar
4 oz. lard
1 egg
1/2 lb. chopped walnuts
1/2 lb. raisins
3/4 oz. baking soda
1 1/2 oz. cream of tartar
Preparation

Mix with milk and bake in a warm oven in loaf pans.
Keep the dough fairly moist but easy to handle.
