Sauerkraut-Tomato Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. bacon
    1 medium size onion
    1 pt. sauerkraut
    1 pt. tomatoes
    2/3 c. sugar
Preparation
    Fry bacon just until crisp.
    Add diced onion; saute until tender, but not brown.
    Mix the tomatoes and sauerkraut.
    Add sugar; mix again.
    Add the bacon and onion mixture.
    Bake for 2 hours or so at 325\u00b0.
