Aunt Helen'S Spoon Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. milk
    1 1/4 c. corn meal (white)
    1 3/4 tsp. baking powder
    3 eggs
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Stir the meal into 3 cups of milk.
    Let this come to a boil, making a mush.
    Cool.
    Add well beaten eggs, salt, baking powder and melted butter.
    Bake in a medium oven 30 minutes.
    Serve in the dish in which the bread was baked.
    A casserole is the preferable type to use.
