Beer Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter, melted
    1/2 c. flour
    2 cans chicken broth
    2 cans hot water
    1 pt. cream
    1 (16 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 warm bottle beer
    dash of garlic powder
    1/4 c. chives
Preparation
    Melt butter.
    Slowly add flour to butter.
    Add broth and water.
    Add remaining ingredients, stirring as much as possible. Simmer on low heat for 15 minutes.
