Zucchini And Egg On Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large zucchini
2 tsp. olive oil
1/2 stick butter
2 tsp. paprika
2 tsp. garlic powder
6 eggs, scrambled
Preparation

Slice zucchini (skin on) very thin.
Saute in butter and olive oil until crispy and golden.
Sprinkle with paprika and garlic. In another frying pan, scramble eggs.
Add zucchini mixture, serve on warm, buttered rolls.
