Cheesy Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. low-fat cottage cheese
    1 c. nonfat sour cream alternative
    1/4 c. finely minced green onions
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    5 c. diced, cooked potatoes
    1/2 c. shredded low-fat sharp Cheddar cheese
    paprika
Preparation
    Heat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Grease a 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Combine cottage cheese, sour cream, onions, salt and garlic salt in a large bowl.
    Fold in potatoes.
    Spoon into casserole.
    Top with cheese and sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Serves 6.
