4 c. unprocessed bran
2 c. raw wheat germ
1 c. oat bran
1 c. raw sunflower seeds
1/2 c. sesame seed
2 tsp. cinnamon*
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. honey
1/4 c. blackstrap molasses
2 tsp. vanilla
1 to 2 c. raisins or other dry fruit
