Hamburger Steak Deluxe - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef or chuck
    1 (4 1/2 oz.) jar sliced mushrooms
    bacon
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 tsp. flour
    1 tsp. beef bouillon
    onion flakes (optional)
Preparation
    Make 2 hamburger patties per person.
    Cook 2 slices bacon per person until crisp.
    Crumble bacon and place between 2 uncooked hamburger patties.
    In same skillet of bacon drippings, cook the bacon filled steaks on each side until done.
    Remove from skillet and drain grease, leaving approximately 1 tablespoonful.
    Add the jar of mushrooms and 1 teaspoon beef bouillon.
    Onion flakes can be added if you desire.
    Saute for 5 minutes.
    Add 1 teaspoon flour; mix and stir constantly until thick.
    Serve over steaks. Good with baked potatoes and green salad.
