Irish Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

8 to 10 medium potatoes, cooked and drained
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
3/4 stick margarine
1/4 tsp. crushed onion flakes
2 tsp. salt
dash of garlic powder
Preparation

Mash potatoes, adding milk to desired consistency; add ingredients and beat until smooth. Pour into buttered/sprayed 2-quart dish. Sprinkle paprika on top. Refrigerate overnight. Remove casserole from refrigerator 15 minutes before baking. Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
